Match aggregate capacity to a measured workload, then choose the duration that gives you enough time to evaluate it.
A 600 Mbps plan is most relevant when measured traffic shows that smaller tiers restrict an otherwise stable workload. It offers additional aggregate capacity for large queues, simultaneous market monitoring and distributed collection processes.
Your workers, network interface, request scheduler and target servers must all sustain the desired rate. Residential routing and target response times vary, so capacity planning should use real completion rates and error rates rather than bandwidth alone.

The plan has no fixed concurrent connection cap. Practical concurrency is still constrained by throughput, target latency, workload design, exit availability and applicable usage conditions.

Choose 600 Mbps when real workload measurements show that 400 Mbps would constrain sustained parallel traffic. If demand is uncertain, evaluating the exact tier for 1 day is safer than estimating from worker count alone.
